Look forward to this October 2020 on the launch of HSBC Mobile Secure Key, a digital secure key on HSBC Malaysia Mobile Banking app which will replace the existing physical Security Device. Once activated, you will be able to generate security codes right on the mobile banking app to log on and also approve transactions without the need of your physical Security Device. You'll need to update the HSBC Malaysia Mobile Banking app to the latest version before activating Mobile Secure Key. Stay tune
