A week after a man was shot inside the Decatur Library, DeKalb County officials are reopening the facility.
Police arrested the suspect 44-year-old Medicus Brown, and officers said the victim is still in the hospital in critical condition.
Officials say that, out of an abundance of caution, the Decatur Library will remain closed through Feb. 9.
